Roles and Responsibilities

End to end monitoring, tracking and processing of all import and FX services payment
Monitoring, Tracking and processing of periodical loan servicing payments pertaining to Trade Loans
Understanding of Letter of Credits, Stand by Letter of Credits, Trade Credit, Bill Discounting and Bank Guarantees
Documents management like handling of Original Shipping documents (Including Delivery Orders, Submission of Bill of Entry to Banks, Taxation Documents related to FX remittance etc).
Checking and validating the Interest calculation / LIBOR / MIBOR/other parameters of the deals
Maintenance of records in SAP
Coordination and query resolution with various stakeholders like Banks, internal department
To assist in preparation of various MIS reports / plans on periodical basis
Regularly updating and ensuring transaction level compliance of FEMA, Taxation and RBI guidelines
Understanding of Trade Finance, banking practices and RBI circulars
Detailed understanding of UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, URDG publication of International Chamber of Commerce

Analytical thinking and good academic background
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good product knowledge of various Trade Products and RBI / FEMA Guidelines / UCP 600.
