Roles and Responsibilities

Support Management reporting process
Analyze and report factors of macro environment impacting Nayara
Support in developing models and outlook of the refining industry trends and impact on Nayara
Providing analytical support and feedback on the company’s performance to management and shareholders
Control and challenge KPI reporting process including Corporate scoring
Sound knowledge of downstream oil & gas economics (refining, trading, marketing).
Strong understanding of management reporting and methodologies of performance management.
Experience in implementation of new performance management processes and reporting frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of management reporting and methodologies of performance management.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
Relevant sound experience in financial analysis or performance management, management reporting

Qualification : CA / MBA

Experience : 6-9 years
