Roles and Responsibilities

• MIS & monthly closing (As PEF roll)
• Provisions – Exps, SLM / OBS provision, GIT
• To prepare forecasted P&L account as required
• Profit improvement and CRS activity verification
• To release PR/PO & other approvals by Finance controller
• Physical inventory
• Ford E-invoices pushing
• Prepare and present weekly review parameters and data
• Customer receipt entries other than Ford, ensuring rate difference documents like CN and supplementary invoices & warranty claim invoices are prepared and submit to customer on timely basis
• Reconciliation of other customers in Gujarat and follow up for entries
• Assisting and collecting data from PE for tooling and other invoices on FORD and other customer
• All import vendor bills booking including custom MIRO & duty payment
• Import service bills (CHA) booking in timely manner
• To assist in excise and service tax audit
• GST
• CWIP confirmation, capitalization & asset tagging and verification
• Handling HQ and internal audits

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Com / Inter CA with 5 to 7 years experience
• SAP knowledge is must
