Job Description


  • To communicate with clients & desk to query cash equity & synthetic allocations plus to action these timely to ensure trades are allocated
  • To partner with Internal teams, trading desks & clients to manage and resolve any trade economic discrepancies to ensure due completion of the allocation process
  • To facilitate and ensure trade confirmations are sent to clients on completion of allocation process to confirm all trade economics
  • To partner and work with the trading desk & internal teams to facilitate & provide relevant information needed to enable trade execution
  • To identify, escalate & effectively manage any risk stemming from unallocated or open equity cash/synthetic trades
  • Email Management to address and resolve internal, client queries related to cash equity & synthetic allocations, confirmation & pre matching process to ensure due settlement of trades
  • Client Service: providing best-in-class client service by ensuring maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs), pro-actively managing client queries and taking ownership of client escalation
  • Risk Management: responsible for real-time risk monitoring of cash equities executions and pro-active escalation. This will involve day-to-day oversight of production process, producing and reviewing risk reporting and acting as first point of escalation for the Team. Expectation is that strong relationships are developed with the business and downstream operations teams
  • Change Management: execution of EES project and initiatives to introduce efficiency and improve the Team’s risk management framework


  • Min of 4-8 years of experience in a middle office role
  • Execution Focus: proven ability to execute on production and project work
  • Risk Management: knowledge of financial and operational risk together with frameworks, tools and methods to pro-actively manage risk
  • Client Service: has a client service mindset and understands what it means to deliver gold standard client service
  • Communication: strong written and verbal communication and an ability to communicate technical information in a simple way


  • Prefer a Post graduate (MBA or equivalent). Alternatively can also work with candidates with a graduation degree with prior experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced execution environment are two important soft skill that we expect to have in candidates for this role
