Job Description

Your main responsibilities would be:   

  • Creation and maintaining of Purchase Orders for vendor & functional service provider contracts (via SAP ERP systems)
  • Invoice Management and Payment tracking
  • Study budget QC checks
  • Other budget-related activities
  • Be point of contact for local Center of Excellence staff

 Who You Are:

  • Graduate background (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in scientific field plus substantial to extensive professional experience (ten years in Clinical Development or equivalent / mature professional) and good knowledge and experience in own discipline and beyond. Requires senior knowledge and experience in Clinical Development or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English, other languages an asset
  • SAP Finance Experience
  • Budget & Contract Management Experience
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance to others and to direct, motivate people
  • Leadership and Supervisor skills would be an asset but is not limited to
  • Strong ability to mentor and coach junior or new staff
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance to others and to direct, motivate people
  • Ability to work in an international/ multicultural cross functional matrix environment
  • Good understanding of the policies and procedures of Clinical Operations and of ICH-GCP
  • Good administrative, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Good time and priority management, ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office™ (Excel™, Word™, PowerPoint™), Outlook and TEAMS
