Responsibilities:

Monthly/annually finalization of financial statement
Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts with hands-on experience in handling taxation and auditing related matters.
Managing day to day accounts related activities in co-ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth financial operations.
Developing a good Accounting System with Internal control
Hands-on experience on ERP (preferably Navision)
Managing Direct taxes including TDS etc.
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, fixed assets accounting, inter-company/branch reconciliation etc
Managing GST and its accounting thereof. Working Knowledge of Labor Laws (ESI , PF etc)
Coordination with Auditors/ consultants engaged by the company.
Portfolio Management including Buying & Selling of Shares and other Investments like Mutual Funds, Debentures, Bonds, PPF, NSC, RD, MIS, LIC etc.
