Job Description

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Key business partner to Finance manager in leading planning cycles, estimates & closing to help define priorities for the business. Lead the consolidation of Orders, Sales, SM by PC for P&Ls at Cytiva level for monthly and quarterly. Lead the reconciliation of COGs, Sales, orders & SM for all P&Ls in the LSI systems for estimates, blueprint, Op Plan setting. Support system dashboards. Reporting of commercial numbers. Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis. Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP’s. Responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FP&A CoE

Qualifications & Requirements:

This position is open to internal and external candidates BCom, CA, CMA,MBA 4 – 8 years of progressive finance experience Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers. Strong PC skills:  experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, One stream, Qlik sense or any reporting tools etc.  Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc) Self-motivated, high energy Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm)


Experience working in a global environment with sound understanding of global processes and transaction flows Proven financial leadership in supporting multiple & complex organizations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with remote stakeholders and teams Clear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions
