Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation and review of Balance sheet accounts
  • Income statement trend analysis compared to same period in prior year, month over month and comparison to budget
  • Analysis of trends at the account level by vendor for various cost categories
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries
  • Application of cash receipts in NetSuite
  • Review of leases and input of relevant data into ProLease
  • Intercompany receivable and payable reconciliation
  • Management of commission plans and calculation of commissions using Xacatly
  • Fixed Asset accounting
  • Prepare adhoc reports & analysis on requests by management
  • Audits – Support during audits

What You Will Need:

Basics:

  • B.Com, CA/ICWA Inter with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, time-management, and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Excel functions including but not limited to VLOOKUP, SUMIF/S, Pivot tables and IF/Nested IF statements
  • Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access and Power point)
  • Fluent in spoken English and also good in written communication
  • Proficiency in ERP is a plus
