Job Description

Work you’ll do
•    Support the Global Financial Advisory leadership team in developing and implementing various short and long-term strategies
•    Support development of revenue growth plans, strategic plans, and operational action items for Leaders
•    Support development of executive leadership presentation materials for leadership meetings and executive communications
•    Evaluate quantitative as well as qualitative data from multiple sources, decompose high–level information into details and summarize it for Executive level presentations
•    Make use of financial reporting tools and company/market databases for presentations and dashboards
•    Support the overall leadership communications strategy and development of executive leadership communications
•    Gather and execute requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively provide suggestions to enhance deliverables
•    Actively participate in cross-team and cross-business collaboration for adoption of best-practices
•    Produce on time, high quality, client-ready deliverables
•    Share expertise by conducting knowledge sharing sessions with the team where applicable
•    Report/work under the leadership of the Global Business Leader and Chief of Staff

Key objectives include:
•    Support leadership in pursuing service line and offering excellence, client excellence, and sales excellence
•    Enhance the client experience through research, analysis and presentations
•    Simplify processes, reduce latency and remove barriers
•    Serve Advisory internal clients with seamless global delivery and expand market opportunities in other countries
•    Research about priority clients, sectors, and services across geographies

•    MBA preferred; Other relevant master’s degrees and/or certifications will also be considered
•    Experience analyzing large data sets to produce clear, insightful and concise executive level reports
•    Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex concepts into concise summaries
•    Self starter with ability to work independently
•    Experience in creating presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel reports & summaries etc.) for the senior leadership
•    Tableau expertise with knowledge on preparation of dashboards and other key updates
•    Strong understanding of business writing, especially with regards to grammar, punctuation, tone of voice, clarity of message, and general aesthetics
•    Strong advanced Excel skills with an ability to create interactive dashboards and strong PowerPoint skills with ability to present aesthetically appealing reports
•    Basic understanding of the financial statements and analysis of key financial, operational indicators
•    Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
•    Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
•    Eagerness to learn and understand industry dynamics
•    Strong attention to detail and work ethics
•    Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills

•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
•    Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
•    Ability to deal with ambiguity, address challenges effectively and be adaptable to change
•    Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple urgent deadlines
•    Experience developing industry/sector snapshots, Account performance decks, financial summaries, etc.
•    Exposure to secondary research and familiarity with tools like Hoover, OneSource, Factiva
•    Interest in distressed assets and markets
•    Project Management exposure
