We are currently looking for an Associate Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services. You’ll be advising clients through due diligence to recognize their business needs and develop strategies that are critical to the investment decisions. You'll be working in a team environment with financial due diligence professionals on a variety of projects across a range of sectors. Our team works to understand the client's business profit drivers and trends, as well as challenge assumptions of future performance and assist with purchase agreements and post-closing transaction matters

Job Description


  • Analyzing financial and operational results companies through review of accounting records and management meetings
  • Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
  • Assisting in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination
  • Assisting clients in identifying pre and post-acquisition transaction issues
  • Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process
  • Heading financial due diligence engagements
  • Assisting the Practice Leader in overall practice management
  • Helping the firm build a strong practice in India
  • Working with cross-border teams including colleagues in the US and Europe


  • Minimum of 5-8 years of Financial Due Diligence experience
  • Chartered Accountant with significant public accounting experience
  • Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
  • Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
  • Supervisory experience
