Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
·         Handle various standard reporting deliverables relating to New build performance with insights into historical profitability movements, vintage builds analysis
·         Partner with US teams in setting up commitments for new branch builds
·         Handle numerous ad-hoc reports and bespoke analysis on New build performance from the point of view of Break even analysis, Payback period, comparison of actual results vs business case etc. The requests typically come from senior management leaders in consumer banking
·         Timely loading of data for monthly commitment adjustments
·         Participate in Annual commitment reset process
·         Support New Build Branch Incentive plan(s)
·         Collaborate with Dashboarding teams for converting key reporting views into Tableau Dashboards to be consumed by senior leadership.
·         Continuously look at opportunities to improve processes and make them efficient through process automation and streamlining

Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:

·         Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent degree in Accounts & Finance
·         6 to 8 years of experience primarily in the Financial Planning & Analysis role
·         Strong communication skill needed as the role involves interacting with various stakeholders
·         Good excel and presentation skills needed
·         Should have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·         Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
