Understanding of direct and indirect taxation on various JDAs.

Handle assessment and prepare reply for notices from ITO/AO of IDT and DT

Preparation and filing of TDS returns and providing TDS certificates for employee and vendors

Advance Tax and deferred tax computation, Income tax computation.

Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.

Support in finalization of accounts

Manage and coordinate tax audits

Ensure changes in Income tax rules have been implemented in system.

Understanding of INDAS.

Knowledge of FEMA, Taxation(Direct and Indirect), Laws and procedures for amalgamation/mergers, de mergers and acquisition.

Knowledge of worldwide tax planning including inter country regulations.

Knowledge of assessment proceedings & scrutiny matters.

Knowledge of best practices in the industry.

Knowledge of strategic management and corporate restructuring.

Knowledge of search, seizure and survey.

Preparing and filing appeals.

Preparing for advance rulings.

Liasoning with govt. authorities for obtaining various tax registrations.

Attending scrutiny and assessments.
