Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Liaise with our Financial manager and Accounting manager to improve financial procedures.
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
Prepare Balance sheets reconciliation, P&L statement and any other forecast reports.
Ensure that the financial records are maintained as per company’s policy to ensure adherences to IAS and that relevant financial information is reviewed and discussed with all levels of management for appropriate decision making and share it among stake holders.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents and expenditure trends
Co-ordination with the company’s internal & external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements for different regions by providing required information as approved by Supervisor.
Maintain SOX compliance process documentation and coordinate with local finance team to update them regularly.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor as required.
