Job Description

Responsibilities:-

• Support Accounting department budget targets
• Support Manager by identifying areas to increase ebita
• Continuously improve processes to minimize costs
• Build a bottoms up annual budget with input from internal clients
• Support the finance management team during the annual budget reviews
• Provide monthly analysis of actuals vs. budget for internals clients
• Manage monthly/on-going billing and reporting to external clients
• Supports the finance management team in effort to maximize efficient and accuracy of billing to increase ebitda and cash flow
• Runs reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process

Target Achievement—Non-Financial
• Assist in Leading Accounting staff
• Support team and departmental goals
• Support the monthly close process and assist staff who may need help
• Complete timely, clear, and accurate account reconciliations

• Ensure accurate journal entries are processed monthly
• Ensure month end checklist items are processed timely and accurately
